I don't know what the hell I was thinking.

I went to Best Buy yesterday, and looked at the Halo Wars pre-order, which comes with Flame Decal Warthog.

I almost bought it, but Best Buy DON'T have it for cheap do they?

So I put it back, and let the WAITING game begin, again! :)
 
I got a copy reserved now... :) First RTS game for me...

The status on mine says "Processing" so who knows. I'll get it whenever, no big deal. They're not handing out awards or anything for being the first to play it anyway...

Yes, but they aren't even giving out the flaming warhog code, which isn't a huge deal, but they should have at least shipped it by now. I have heard buy.com is usually weak for preorders. I wanted to find out for myself, and they didnt let me down.
 
Anyone know if the code for the flaming Warthog will be a separate piece of paper or if it will be inside the cd case?

This code is only available at some retailers like BB, GS etc. Buy.com isn't going to include it. I would suggest pre ordering at Best Buy to get it. only $5 down gets you the code. It comes in a case and looks like an xbox live card. Then cancel it after the game comes out and get ur $5 back.

A few times I tried to cancel pre-orders, the CS there refused & wanted to have the case back in order to refund.

Since the Case clearly says there is code inside, that might be a problem, if you use the code already, you may not get a refund.

Sometimes I succeed, sometime I don't.

YMMV I suppose.
