A tweener is a shot that is hit between the legs, while on the run.

Usually it consists of someone being at the net, and the opponent lobs it over them. In a hurry to get to the ball, the opponent barely gets to it and, unable to turn to hit it, hits it between their legs.

A very hard shot, and not seen often outside of the ATP or pro circuit.

If it counts I've done that in basketball saving a ball that was going out of bounds. I didn't really have an angle or enough time to turn around toss it back in so I just jumped after it and tossed it between my legs. I understand it is a lot harder in tennis, but it was still awesome.

In the first game of Gears that I played tonight, I had a drunken Irishman on my team :lol:.
He was absolutely useless, but damn was he funny.

I think I'm going to be upgrading to an HD set in the near future. But then again I was seriously looking at getting one about a year ago and ended up waiting so who knows?

Not that triping and falling is anything new to me. Late August last year I did a nasty fall walking across the highway after work. Ended up in the ER since an off duty cop happened to see me fall. That lead me to being in a freakin cast for several weeks which lead to me having a sabbatical from CAG during that period (try typing with one hand - trust me, its NOT fun).

I got the good HDTV, and apparently our local air wave offers a few good channels in HD, but the cable company doesn't. So right now I am watching NCAA in crappy static CBS. But if I had an HD antenna I could be enjoying it in HD. :drool:

I thinkI am going to run to wal-mart and see how much one of them buggers costs.

No. There was some pavement on the road that somehow busted off. I was running across and my foot rammed right into a broken piece which somehow sent me flying into the air. I landed right on my left shoulder in a very hard manner.

The worst part (besides the injury itself) was having to take Vicodin in order to numb the pain. To those of you on the OTT who are wrestling fans and know a bit about Kurt Angle should fully know that Vicodin really fucks you up. Literaly the next several days after the injury I have little to no memory of anything since all I did was sleep. I think I vaguley remember most of my coworkers calling me concerned (since a rumor started by a coworker that somehow he thought I got hit by a car... needless to say I still give him shit about that lol).
