Happy "Trade In Your Entire Video Game Collection" Day

Flea

CAGiversary!
I think that's what it was yesterday. I had non stop trades all day long. And everyone had 10-15 games each. It was horrible, I was at work until 10 cleaning up. On the upside my sub percentage was high. But it doesn't really matter anyways, because I'm being investagated for money that's missing from one of my deposits (that I had nothing to do with, I but I cant prove otherwise).

Were they putting the credit toward a new system? Or just buying a $50 game?

Most of them got cash, 2 or 3 people reserved the xbox 360.

If I backed in my entire game collection to a Gamestop or EB I'd need at least 4 trips to get the boxes out of my car and the employees would be jizzing all over the floor at the games I'd be putting in their private stash.

IGN has my collection valued at $6,000 and change Gamespot has my collection valued at $11,600. Either way there wouldn't be enough cash in your drawers to pay me off even with your insulting and craptacular trade in values.

I hate to say this but on trade ins you guys are lower than pond scum. I asked, just out of curiosity, what a Disney DDR and Suikoden II would trade in for and the amounts were like $6 and $9. I don't need to tell you what either one of those is worth online. Since I don't trade in games, I don't really care though.

I do enjoy the never ending supply of stupid people that bring you games in mint condition like Valkyrie Profile, Street Fighter II Collection (PSone, two discs.), Disney DDR, DDR, Konamix, Puzzle Fighter II, Einhander, Intelligent Qube and countless others in my PSone collection I started two summers ago.

You get about $35 for Suikoden, and $30 for Disney DDR. Still not alot, but deinatley not what you said. Oh, and Konamix is greatest hits now.

Suikoden II is 22$ at my ebgames.. highest trade in value for a ps1 game. Still not bad, they sell it for 44$ used. Someone brought in Suikoden II, Brigandine, Xenogears, and every FF for ps1-2 and Suikoden II was more then all his other games.

Needless to say, I picked up Suikoden II & Brigandine... I walked away pretty happy.

I've actually gotten all those games at Gamestop / EB as well =D

I saw Street Fighter II Collection the other day, but Gamestop wanted 24.99 for it? Didn't think that was a decent price, espically since I already have the Anniversary Collection and Alpha 2 on Saturn, so I passed.

Am I wrong, or is the SF Collection really nothing special these days?
