Hard deletes for Social Groups

Hi, I know IATCG just made a thread for this. But I do have a question-- would it be possible to give group leaders the ability to hard delete posts and threads? It would be nice to be able to keep groups clean of unnecessary clutter or obsolete threads.

And as it was established, mods do have this ability, but users can only do soft deletes which leave a deletion message behind.
