I have the cow from the first one. She takes a place of honor on top of my PS2, sitting next to a plush Spyro the Dragon.

I actually think I'll get a second one too, as I've had the cube game on preorder since I preordered the GBA game.
 
I also got the same cow from buying the PS2 version when it first came out. I think I'll get one more too since it's so cute.
 
I was in my local Gamestop yesterday and they are selling the cows for 5 bucks... that's of course if you just really want the cow and no game :wink:
 
Ordered. Hmmm....the cow appears as a separate item after I ordered it and it says it ships within 24 hours. Do I get it first or something? :)

you people who take preorder promos and do not buiy the games suck.

leave for preople that actually have the good taste to buy the games. I swear i hate people.

I received my cow awhile ago, and it's a thing of beauty :)

AWL looks to be a great game, and you can't beat an extra insentive...

EB gave me one of these when I bought Harvest Moon for the GBA. It's kinda cool.

I can't wait to get the Cube version.
 
i tried to use the coupon freeshipall and it didnt take. You have to pay shipping for this at gamestop. Anyone know anything about this or have suggestions

Well, it seems most of the people posting on this thread, including me, have preordered the game (or are planning to) and will be receiving the cow. If Gamestop wants to sell them separately, that's their call. It's just a lil stuffed cow, some lil kid might see it (and I've seen enough kids there), not even knowing it's a promotional item and just want to buy it. Again, Gamestop is the one selling it separately... :roll:

I just ordered it the other day and had no problems. Did you try it in all caps? (May not make a difference) Also, no spaces after the code? Try it again, maybe the site was being buggy. :?

Besides raising crops and animals, you also have to get a girl to like you and get married. It's a game that you'll either love or hate (kinda like how the Sims is).

I preordered my copy...thanks for posting this! :D I am a HUGE harvest moon fan and have been looking forward to this game for a loooooooong time. HM64...good times indeed. Anyways, I used the Gamestop shipping code that had free 3-day ground shipping (it expired yesterday, 2/1 i think). I was lucky to do it in time for that instead of the free value shipping, hehe. Thanks again for the free cow!
 
Just came back from the Gamestop in San Jose, CA and they said you have to preorder to get the cow. Dont you just have to put a deposit down (like $5) and they'll still give you the cow?

If they're willing to sell it to us, then why shouldnt we? If they wanted to save it for the people that preordered it, then they would have done so (like the store I went to).
 
Every Gamestop I've preordered anything at hasn't cared whether I actually buy the promoted game as long as I put my $5 down. Hell, one manager told me to keep moving my $5 deposit from one title to the next to rack up the promos.

I do this all the time. I can't count the number of premiums I've received for games I don't own. Nobody cares but you.

I think the preorder bonuses should be left for those who actually are buying the game. It's too bad these stores allow this so it's no fault but their own.
 
Does anyone know if this promotion applies in-store too? I have about $17 left on a gift card, but I guess you can't use gift cards online (that sucks).

It might be YMMV but the Gamestop I went to gave you the cow if your preordered the game.
 
That's a fine looking cow...

I guess I will have to go down to GameStop and buy someone's free giveaway. Cheaper than paying $20 plus shipping on ebay.
