Has anybody ever had a GOOD experience at FYE?

It must just be yours then, davo, as my local GS stores employees would look at me, then the receipt and just say 'it's beyond the 7 day return period for used games'. So, basically, if you don't test it within that week, you're pretty much SOL on getting another copy.
 
Ah that sucks then. I was able to get manuals and cases that way for all my games ordered online that came with generic packaging.
 
Yeah, my local stores would probably give me SO much crap, unless I went to one of the ones with clerks who I got kinda chummy with. Mind you, I usually check the condition of the games and if they're not complete and pretty much scratch free(even if it's a $2 game), then I just don't take it since it's not worth the hassle of having to go out and try to find another copy that might work.
