Has anyone been experiencing this with their NDS?

I don't even know if its a problem, but i've got the DS the day it came out, been playing it like crazy, but now i'm able to hear the the springs when i press the L or R buttons on it, it makes a squiking noise, not to loud but still noticable..
Can anyone tell me if thats normal or just happens after some time?

I think they all do that. I've had three now,(dead pixles) and they all did it to some degree.

wait until DK: King of Swing for the GBA to come out. that game uses pretty much only L and R. L uses DK for his left hand and R uses DK for his right hand to swing around. i think IGN or Gamespot says it. the Feb issue of EGM definitely say it.

My R button has a noticable kinda squeaky "springy" noise when you press it, and it's been doing it since day 1. Not a big enough problem for me to return it, though.

Amen. I still can't get over how much better the Castlevania games look. All GBA games, really, but especially those three.
