yes, and sports and a lot of older titles are excluded.. (except for some extreme sports titles)

there are some $5-15 non POX, or PO titles that you can find at Best Buy, and use that discount coupon if you have it.

You know it always is the exclusion list. But if you trade in some games that actually fetch more than 10 bucks you can use that credit for the CE instead of having to use money out of pocket. This is what I did I traded in 5 games and 4 were boosted to 10 bucks but the fifth game was fifteen bucks so I didn't have to pay for it but the sales tax.
