I've had this happen many times. I wouldn't be concened about it.

k thanks not really that concerned yet. I think i will get the pokmon games by weds and the 5 buck games by next monday (takes around 5 days to get here)

I ordered 4 games from that buy one get one free deal. Three of them were shipped 2 days before the other, and I got the first batch already. It seems kind of silly to do that since they're used games already in stock. Whatever.

i picked up 4 5 buck games then a preowned 99 cent ps1 game to get free shipping the 4 new games shipped the preowned hasnt shipped yet kind of a waste but not complaining lol

Couple of things here:

1-The USPS tracking system is garbage compared to other carriers. Pretty sure this has been discussed before. The only time a USPS tracking number is updated is after it's been delivered.

2-EB ships used games from different points around the country. If you order more than one used game/controller/etc on the same order, there is a good chance that the items will ship seperately. I've also noticed that orders with multiple used items take a little longer to show updates.

Actually I shipped a PC game to someone in CA and when I checked the DC # after 8 days (shipped media mail) the status said 'Received in some CA city 9/17/2004' So it does sometime update in transit, but often it does not. I guess it might depend on if the particular ficility scans or not? You'd think they'd standardize this across their system. Would make DC so much nicer if they would keep a log of everywhere the package has been.

i was shipped Activision Anthology new and Clony Wars: Vengeance with three VMUs, but the rest of the order (downhill domination, kill.switch, sphinx, aggresive inline) have yet to arrive.

I did and emailed EBGames customer service who told me that USPS doesn't use tracking numbers which is confusing since they issue them and have a place to track packages. My package arrived a day later so no worries.

they used them before and items i got shipped and the numbers worked before these last 2 shipments the numbers are not working for some reason though werid

i haven't received my Silent Hill 3 and Jammit shipment yet either. come to think of it, i haven't gotten my three pokemon games, Turok 2, and Turok: Rage Wars yet either.

Delivery confirmation does not a tracking number make. All a DC is for is to show the package shipped and then it was received. USPS's does not have a "terrible tracking system", it has a perfectly fine delivery confirmation system.

Usually I can track mine day by day, goes from Philly to Warrendale, PA then to me the next day or so. But my past 3 or 4 orders (past month or so) Have all Said NO INFO available.
I dunno, lol

Just got the pokmon games today and i was shocked. The pokemon gold game came with box and book it might even be a new copy since it was sealed in plastic. It probally wasnt but it was a nice suprize to see the game come with box and book when it said that it would not

same thing here they shipped half my order and I got a 2002 game because the 2003 was backordered and didn't want to wait, going to trade it in at gamerush, anyway the tracking number doesn't work either and they said they shipping it a while ago :/ probably nothing though

For the most part, I've received my orders fast. On two occasions, my orders were reported as shipped, with invalid tracking data and they took a little over 1 week to arrive. My last order would be in this category as well. I ordered one PS2 game and six Genesis games. My Genesis games arrived today. My PS2 game is still in shipment... somewhere. I have never had a shipment lost however, so I wouldn't worry about it too much. If you call EB Customer Service, they will just tell you they are allowed 10 business days and to contact the Post Office. With invalid shipping info, the PO is not much use, so you might as well just wait.
