Has anyone ordered from SuperDuperClub.com?

Heh.

You know he's right.

I bought a DVD there. The DVD was damaged inside the packaging. Looked like it was damed at manufacturing. So I sent it back but had to pay for postage. Then they sent me a new one but the front cover had been sliced by something sharp. It was OBVIOUS that the case was damaged. But they sent it to me anyway. So I had to send that back. After my extra shipping costs I had absolutely no savings over other internet retailers.

If hassles is something you don't want, then you would be sure to stay away.

It wasn't until I after I placed my order online did I discover the myriad of complaints against this company, or should I say "freelancer" working out of his kitchen.

After being shipped the wrong colored item (from what I specifically requested in my order) and then being told I get whatever is on hand at the warehouse, or return on my own dime, I have come to realize this is one of those operations that do not stock their own product and simply have items drop shipped via a web site.

If you look closely at their website, here is NNNOOOOO customer service phone number listed. I knew better, but got caught up in the great price I was getting and couldn't imagine what could go wrong. By was I wrong.

Again, the few dollars of savings you might get here is not worth the hassle.

To All CHEAPassGAMERS,

After almost purchasing Red Faction G. for the PS3 from them, and reading the myrid of horrible reviews..... I decided against it. But my true cheapassgamer "spidey sense" like nature kicked in, and I could help but Google the company some more (the inner detective screaming out).

I felt bad for the people that were slighted or delayed in their gaming ways, so read on peeps!
