I have been using them for a month and have recieved 13 movies and games in this time. I am doing the 3 out for $16.99. I could have probably rented more but most games I kept for about 9 days on average. I would have to recommend them. I have tried other game rentals places and have always cancelled during the trial due to slow shipping.
Shipping is fast when I return it they get it back next day an ship another the same day. I then get a new game or movie in about 2/3 days. They also have a distribution center here in Florida which I am sure speeds ship times up.
Selection is decent but I am only renting newer movies, and 360 games which it seems all currently released 360 titles are available. In regards to queues short wait means it will ship when they recieve something back I have never had a short wait not ship next.
