Has anyone used a $10 Gamestop coupon successfully to buy any Xbox Live points?

I tried to order a 4000 xbox live point card but I get an error saying " Coupon ********* - $10 off your next online purchase. Excludes consoles. Order must be at least $10. May not be combined with other offers. Expires 4/28/2013 11:59PM." Last time I checked a card is not a console, so I was wondering if im getting a glitch or something. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I can tell you this much: The Amazon $10 video game credit was valid towards the purchase of a 360 Plantronics headset and would have worked on a 1600 point card.

try it again today, yesterday i had the same issue trying to purchase a game and it gave the same message. Today it worked fine.
