Didn't see this posted yet, and not sure how many people have Hastings store nearby, but for the next week they're offering a $100 giftcard with the purchase of a PS3. Combine that with the recent mark down to 500, and the 5 free Blu-Ray movies, and you've actually got a decent deal on a PS3.

I disagree with this. I see the gift card as a deferred savings and would not be deducted. I'm sure you might be able to get some people to match it, but I think the policy includes it.

Sweet deal. I have two hastings in town, but I go to BestBuy all the time and I called them and talked to the manager in the video game dept. She called the hastings stores for me and confirmed the deal and said she would match it. So I got it for 499.99 + 100 GC and RZ points. I'm not sure if the $10 - $100 summer RZ counts for this, which would be another $50, but I plan on finding out. Thanks guys for the heads up, I'm glad I waited.
The next day I got a 10/12% coupon from BB in the mail, and tried to take it back in with my receipt but twice they said no and gave some BS reason, but did allow me to use it on Motorstorm, so I used the GC I got earlier, still a good deal.
