Speaking of not keeping any of their labels up to date - are there any old threads/anything in the CAG Wiki that has Hastings prices listed? Maybe just some of the 'hotter' titles to look for?
No particular titles come to mind, but somebody mentioned in an older thread that Raiden III for PS2 was $4.99 there. I picked up a lone copy of Ico once for about $12 used. So, there are certainly a few things to be found, but its somewhat of a needle-in-a-haystack situation. I've seen used games that are like 4-5 years old (and not rare at all) that they're still asking like $28 for.... things you could buy at Gamestop for like $5 to $12.
Here are a couple of old threads:

Their stuff is totally hit or miss, but if you have one nearby its worth a look. Don't make any special road trips or anything (damn gas prices!).
Their stuff is often over-priced, but when you get a second game for a penny, it can sometimes work out to a decent/good deal. Every now and then, they'll have certain things priced lower than you can find elsewhere, but that's the exception, not the rule. They also aren't typically the best at keeping their tags updated either. It's not uncommon to find a 'used' game with the Hastings bag/wrap over it and then find out that it still has the original seal underneath. My hunch is that since they are usually located in smaller towns and aren't incredibly strict about trade-ins, that they must be a popular place for people trading in stolen merchandise (or just people flipping games who don't feel like unwrapping them).
Regarding different prices on different copies of the same game.... sometimes that's just because tags on existing stock haven't been updated and a game that was put out more recently has a lower price. In my experience though, its usually because the prices between their previously-rented games and used games can differ. Also, that may come into play during this sale.... they'll probably manually do it for you if the computer won't let them include a previously rented game as part of the sale, but I'm pretty sure that ought to work anyway.
There's another thread about it already, but they are also having 30% used stuff during the two hours leading up to the GTAV IV midnight release. So, 4/28 from 10pm to midnight.
