Just put in order in 5 minutes ago and it worked fine.
As always are you SURE you are putting all USED games in your cart, if you added any new or previous viewed games it won't work.
If their all used, dunno what to say make sure it's all upper case and try again.

I'd like to know this as well... I had to send a game back and used their label. There's no tracking whatsoever on. I probably should have used added insurance and/or tracking on it.

I know their faqs say the refund from a return takes about 2-3 weeks. I also sent a game back last week.
Another game was canceled from the sale last week and I still haven't gotten a refund.

The last 20% off sale, I put 7 games in my cart, and I remember seeing all 7 at the "is this all correct?" order screen, but I only got 6 in the mail. Looked back, and sure enough, only six were ever officially ordered according to the confirmation email. I had trouble with items disappearing randomly from my cart during that sale, and I guess it happened right at the end, too. Can't believe I didn't catch that in time. That and the expensive shipping has soured me on them for a while.
Got one of my games today, was a PSP game, had food in the disk case, they can't even clean food out of the
