Ok, I am over my eBay crappiness. Looking to either sell these games or trade them away. Please let me know if you are interested.

Have (Xbox 360):

Gears of War - $35 shipped- played only a few hours. Everything is basically brand new. No scratches on the disk or anything. Comes complete with case, manual, everything.

Burnout: Revenge (Platinum Hits) - $20 Shipped - Again, played only a few hours. Everything is basically brand new. No scratches on the disk or anything. Comes complete with case, manual, everything.

Marvel: Ultimate Alliance ***SOLD***

So eBay let me know today (1 day before my auctions end) that 3 of my listings are against their policy because the titles had the words "Like New" in them.

"Like new" is against policy? But saying something is brand new and then hiding away in your description that it is opened in order to "check contents"...that's fine? Damn.

Lowered GOW to 35 shipped since that is what I was going to get on eBay yesterday (probably would have gone higher). Lowered Burnout to $20, don't think i can go any lower on that. And keeping Marvel at 15 because any lower then that, with shipping, I'd rather just keep it then make the 5-7 bucks on it.

Media mail shipping on a single game is like $1...
 
typical ebay decision, can' t use "like new" but they allow "imported" DVDs that are region free from Hong Kong and Thailand.

I stopped selling on ebay a while ago. I was hating the fact they were making more profit on the items I sold then I did.
If maybe they would actually police themselves to remove bootleg items or actually protect buyers from fraudulent sellers. I might use it more again.

Dont ship em media though. First class is like $1.80.

And like new is against their policy? Well at least they bothered to tell you what the issue was. Usually they just kill my auction and let me try and guess the reason.

Glad to see an anti-eBay consensus. This is my first incident with them. Not sure if I will sell there again.

lol yeah I've seen those. Hopefully people don't have problems with "like new". Not sure how else to describe a game that's only been played for 2 hours other than saying it is close to new without it actually being new.
