I've roughly $13 in my account just waiting to be spent, but Microsoft won't let me. Seems I need one of these "credit cards" or whatever they're called. Golf clap for the technologically-challenged.

Anyone that can deliver MSP to me will get a nice, gregarious backpat...and the money, obviously.

Gifting's an option, as well as simply selling me a code.

Or you could use one of those Paypal virtual cards. If you get the plug-in it will spit out a credit card number and card code for you to use online.
 
What dv8 said basically you need a US verified account I believe with bank/cc linked and you can use a virtual CC worst comes to worst I will sell you a $13 1600 card.
 
Well, gentlemen, I'd love to use that plug-in, but it won't let me. My account is unverified because I've neither a credit card nor the will to tie my bank information to it. Also, the plug-in wants my SSN, presumably to punish me in the future for thoughtcrimes.

I'd just like some MSP. Is that so much to ask, Internet?
