Have you ever had problems getting a girlfriend?

.. You're coming to CAG for relationship advice? Many have treaded upon this unstable ground and quickly fallen. :x

I don't usually have problems getting a girlfriend. Its keeping them that I usually have a problem with, I have a short attention span and rarely find a woman that can keep my attention for longer than a few weeks to a month.

Of course not. Most of the time, I have to beat the ladies off with a stick. Granted, they're just walking down the street, or reading a book on a park bench, but I knew they were gonna go after my manparts.
I ask this question because I always like girls that already have a boyfriend.
There's your problem right there.

You have "manparts" now? So the operation was successful? I'm so happy for you!
This won't end well.
Nah, it'll go on for a day or two and then get deleted like it never happened.

Literally, yes. I used to be able to get a fair amount of dates, but nothing would ever come of anything. I've had a girlfriend for about a year and a half now, however.

i use to like a bunch of girls that had bfs, just came to the conclusion that I was doing it because it was a safer bet to like someone taken, cause I am not the kind of guy that wouldn't go after girls with bfs.

just gotta make a move or move on

I hate when that happens. The last 2 girls I wanted to date were both married. :bomb: (And no, I didn't know they were married!)

Unless...you knew they had a BF? Then you are just barking up the wrong tree.

The girl I like (liked? I dont even know anymore...) has a boyfriend in Florida that she sees four or so times a year. I guess I was pretty disappointed when I found out, but more shocked. Doesnt make sense to me, but it's her life. I imagine college will be better.

I see OP's ban in the future.

btw OP just for future reference making yourself cry, and being emo doesn't make a girl like you. Also don't stop jacking it. That won't change anything.

Those threads from the don should've just been closed and stickied as an example.

Depends on the school. There wasn't much to be had where I went, the SUNY "What's A Vagina?" Institute of Technology. Tech schools are *not* your friend if you're looking for action...

Then another topic JUST like this will spring up and will restart the cycle.

In my case, it's obvious :p

I feel bad (kinda, not really--and I'm drunk right now) for typing this (at my girl's house), but there is someone I consider to be the girl that got away.

But so far, there's been plenty that have gotten away.

If you're ever hesitant, you'll realize how stupid you are.

Hold on now, don't close that door for him yet...several Tech schools have nursing programs and dental hygenist curriculums...being the sole guy in scrubs can't hurt...

...'course growing a shiny new mangina to go along with 'em might.

It's easy to get a girlfriend.

Conversely, it's hard find one worth dating.
It's easy to get a girlfriend, it's hard to get a good one. Those are just my experiences.
These guys have it right.

That's been my experience. It's made worse by the fact I live in a low population area.

Yeah I don't know of a lot of people who live in a lair.

Seriously? I mean seriously? C'mon, there are like a bajillion girls out there - and not all of them have boyfriends. You can't walk down Park Avenue in the summer without seeing tons of potential girlfriends. You aren't looking hard enough... or at all.

From experience, you have to watch out for BU girls, they can be deceptively insane. Without going too much into, I dated a girl at Vanderbilt law school who graduated from BU undergrad. Went out for a while, would go really well for like two weeks, then she would freak out for two weeks, we would get back together and the cycle would repeat. She ended up breaking up with me, then trying to string me along for a while. When I met my current girlfriend, she got really angry and offended that I "got over her too fast." Sorry to go off on a tangent.
These guys have it right.
You forgot to quote me there, as well. :shame:

Here, I'll help you out:
Not getting, no. Finding someone worthy, yes.
Shit there's bitches like that everywhere, not just at BU.

I don't disagree a bit. I just think it's funny how jPod seems to believe that BU is this promised land, when in actuality, it's just another college with the same college bullshit and the same kinds of people (and I even liked college quite a bit). It's a nice school and all, and I hope he enjoys it, but his post history indicates his expectations may be a little high.

More like when haven't I? I've only had 1 girlfriend and I'm 20 :( It did last a while.. about a year... I'm a softie... I fall in love with any girl that talks to me :)

From the perspective of a married man the answer is obvious; If you can't find a good girlfriend, then just find a guy you get along well with, dress hm as a woman, and pretend like hell.

Seriously, men are less complicated. As a good female friend once told me: Just go gay, it'll be simpler.

He probably doesn't, but he's obviously read your fanatical posts about BU and college in general.
