I had the same issue with my magazine subs. Basically, the issue is my street address is too long and it keeps getting cut off, so it's getting returned to the sender.
So say my address is:
Walt Jay
1234 N Whatever Ave Apt 123
Anytown, USA 12345
What happened is that there weren't enough characters to fit my whole address, so on the label, it would read:
1234 N Whatever Ave Apt 1
Which isn't a valid address since there is no apt 1, so my mags were getting sent back to the publisher.
So my suggestion is to check your address. If you live in an apartment, try this format
1234 N Whatever Ave #123
to ensure the complete street address fits.

Edit: Also, I had a problem with OXM, and after contacting them, they extended my subscription, so you should get your proper # of issues.
