do any usb headsets work on ps3?
anyone have any recommendations for any? i don't need anything fancy, just something cheap that will let me communicate with people while playing online.

Any USB headset will work with the PS3. I'm using the old as hell PS2 SOCOM one and it works just fine for me. It at least has a mute button and a volume control on it.
