Just in my local BJs, they had one copy of Heavy Rain at $24.90
I haven't seen it cheaper. It just went to a greatest hits , but even then its $29.99.

Thought id throw it up here as CAGERS always seem to be lookin for it.

... That's it flame him for doing everything right with his post.. good deal for those looking for it that have a BJ's near by though. Cheaper is cheaper..
 
I saw copies for $20 at my local BJs last week. Make sure to check the price stickers, some copies haven't been marked, some of them have like 6 price stickers, gradually decreasing.
 
Yeah, I've noticed different bjs have different cllearance prices all the time as well as widely varying selections.

I remember paying only $10 for Dantes inferno in one only to see it for $25 in another.
They have wacky pricing. They expect people to pay $52.99 force unleashed 2...
 
I can confirm the game is going for $24.90. Just bought it at a BJ's today, and even though the sticker said $53.99, the lower price is what you pay. It is not the move edition however (didn't matter to me).
