Amazon is the best one so far it seems. This actually showed up in my gold box today so it is like $53.xx for me.
I was thinking of picking it up with the Buy 3 Get 1 Free deal with TRU but it didn't look like they offered the free DLC that Amazon did. EBGames has that DLC available too, but it's 59.99 with free shipping, not as good a price as Amazon is offering.
I think your best bet is to buy it from Amazon and wait for it to appear in your gold box deals. I didn't see it in my gold box deals so I just bought it for 55..

I picked up about $110 in credit from the 7/$50 trade-in deal at GS, so I preordered there. It was a deal for me since I was able to flip a few games that I beat or didn't play anymore.
