Hello, Algore? Your Clipper Chip is Calling

Very thoughtful insult

What do you contribute to this forum aside from your nitwit behaviour, and ability to stir up a simian level argument out of thin air? Please enlighten me, I'm "dumb" right?

We have yet to experience anything of substance from you.

Not in this thread.

Not this week.

Not this month.

Not even in the past year.

Ever.

Putting dumb in quotes implies you're not really dumb. However you are.... really dumb. In fact your whole family is really dumb so it's okay.

Even your dogs are dumb.

I'm glad to see you follow my posts so closely, but you've made yet another clear and obvious mistake, I haven't even been here for a year, idiot.

I try my best to avoid yours, but lately I think your idiocy needs to be addressed.

The ignore button works wonders Mr. Man.

Then you won't have to suffer any longer.

Either that or I can send you a box of razor blades and you can find final release in a nice warm tub. Your call, I'm open to both as a solution to you avoiding my posts.

Hard to do that if you've found final release isn't it?

Did I say you've been here over a year? No, I said we haven't seen anthing intelligent from you in the past year meaning >12 months.

See previous comment. You = Dumb

So I guess your offer doesn't stand, damn you, flip flopper! You're acting like a LIBUHRAL with that attitude!

I've just about summed up your arguments for the next 12 months, you can log off now.

ohh I see that you edited another incorrect statement into your post, maybe you should clarify past MONTHS instead of past YEAR, that is inconsistant and, although minute, wrong all-together.

you see why nobody likes you now?
you see why nobody likes you now?
wah, wah, wah. this is exactly what I'm talking about when I have to argue miniscule facets of favor with camoor, myke, and others about ganging up on PAD. It's like the "chic" think to do. It's also the cowardly thing to to to take little jabs and then go hide under the protective umbrella of all the liberal PAD hating mob. "You see why nobody likes you now" I'll bet you were sticking your tounge out when you typed that.

And EZB, it's fine to argue the finer points of connotation of Al Gore's words to the Wolfman so many years ago. The fact is he intentionally used those words to imply a specific meaning or at least directly associate himself with that meaning. You don't think he practiced that exact wording and knew it's implications and the credit he was attributing to himself when he decided to say it?

Everything that comes out of Gore's mouth is a calculated utterance. The fact that you can spend eons parsing bush's every word for minutia of faults, mispoken phrases and fault all conservataives for them yet feel the need to explain and excuse Gore's mispeakings reveals your double standard and blatant bias for liberals and hatred for conservative for no other reason but the labels that have been ascribed to them and by orders of your superiors.

And as far as rescuing flood victims, alonzo, Al doesn't have a real job anymore, so I guess he had nothing better to do to get some free publicity. But, then again, I'm sure you intended no criticism of Bush by comparison. Surely you didn't expect the president to pilot a canoe and paddle people to safety ? No, of course not, but I'm sure Al would have done that were he the president becuase we all know how caring and compassionate a liberal president would have been compared to that bastard black-hating Bush.

I'm not Liberal, good generalization though, I was simply stating that NOBODY likes him. He's a dolt, and seems to be only capable of redicule, when he just redicules himself by appearing here. I also find it funny you think internet message board posts can be considered COWARDLY, especially when he represented the same style of cheap shots, I was mostly mocking him with petty insults.

I wasn't sticking my tounge out, but i'm sure you were sniffing your finger as you typed that.

He did about everything he could to avoid publicity and hasn't even spoken about it since. Not the best way to get free publicity. The only reason it was even noticed was due to a photo that was in a local paper.

But I only mentioned it because he was going on about the things Gore has done (or, things he claimed he did). It wasn't like "oh no, he's attacking gore! I must defend him!". Though I wouldn't even think of bush if I felt he had acted competently, the reason the connection is there is gore lost (or won, take your pick) an election against him and their reactions, even given their personal situation, was so dramatically different. The comparison between the two is the only reason I think of what gore did so often.

But on the heels of the EZB fundraser for the Gore campaign, it did look as if you were coming to Gore's defense. And thanks for admitting you WERE trying to comare the two. What I was saying is that ONE of them is president and can't be faulted for not donning a rowboat and rescuing the underprivlidged in La. The 'hero' in your example was the result of someone who had nothing better to do since he was unemployed. You people will stop at nothing to demonstrate your hatred for George Bush's person, party, and everything associated with him/them. It goes beyond reason in it's ridiculousness and exists of pure emotion.

I'll bet if the people of New Orleans elected a republican mayor, the city busses would have been running 24/7 to get people out of the area before the hurricane and more lives wouls have been saved.

I'll have to agree somewhat with the above post, but thats only because the mayor they have right now is an absolute, if not complete moron.

Having a Republican President didn't help at the federal level.
Troy, your seem so interested about all the things gore has done. Why don't you tell us about the time he spent rescuing people from rooftops in new orleans?
Bravo. Good for him.

Doesn't change the fact that his claim "I initiated the internet" is about as valid as me saying, "I helped initiate the growth of the internet when I was a 10-yr-old & built my first Commodore Pet computer." Silly, silly statement. Al Gore is no more responsible for the 'net than I was.

The original internet was military. Gore could have been referring to the commercial internet which DID happen in the 90s.

And to suggest that he genuinely meant he invented the internet is equally absurd. Kind of like suggesting bush thought people pour spaghetti and meatball sauce all over their families when he said "I know how hard it is to put food on your family".

Your analogy is faulty. You can't compare an unintended mispoken phrase for the calculated intent and careful wording of Al Gore's words "I took the initiative in creating the internet." No, he never said he invented the internet, but he used an extreme allusion to associate himself with it's inception. That reeks of purposeful deceit, to me. It's what you liberals might call a lie if it were a republican who said it.

Bzzzz. You young'uns really should study history. I know of some Internet Commercial connections dating back as early as 1984. And no, Al had nothing to do with them...... just as he had nothing to do with "initiating MS-DOS" or "initiating IBM PCs" or "initating Windows 1.0".

Give the credit where the credit belongs: The *private* entrepreneurs who risked their money (and many of whom failed) to bring new products to market & advance computer technology to where it is today.

I am soooo sick of politicians taking credit for OTHER people's work.
