Anyone else watching? This show is yet another reason to look forward to summer. I'm still waiting for an all-star season with the return of Jimmie.
 
I have! I thought Roshni should have gone home this past episode. It was her third time up there and she hasn't really been doing that good. I think Gordon didn't get rid of her,because she has that passion,unlike Don who kinda seemed clueless on what he was doing.
 
I like this show. It's always absurd in the same consistent way, but also entertaining in the same consistent way.

My wife and I have been trying to get into the Hell's Kitchen restaurant (set) for years - we're just giving up and going to his new restaurant at the Paris in Vegas instead. Been dying to try that Wellington since season 1!

As for Masterchef - Wellington and risotto are two Ramsey staples. How anybody could go on Masterchef having never made a risotto is beyond me. Very smart choice to eliminate some nobodies from the roster, but any halfway decent chef can cook a passable risotto. I loved that a couple chefs went generic with a basic mushroom risotto they could make in their sleep, knowing that some other chefs would totally botch it and they'd be in the clear.
 
Don was so damn weird though. Plus, it doesn't seem that easy to cook a risotto in Hells Kitchen. I have been to one of his restaurants. It was alright, nothing to write home about.
 
Sadly I've kind of lost interest in this show. I'm just tired of it being the same thing over and over again, rarely a change in menu, the same cookie cutter characters with different names and I think GR's shtick has finally worn thin on me.

You've summed up my thoughts exactly. This show was really neat years ago, but it's worn thin on me.
 
Do they still do that thing where they repeat Ramsey yelling the persons name while they use a slow cut of them looking stupid? Cause you know it did not go down like that. THey used to overuse that a lot before commercial breaks.
 
i want to see a chef catch themself on fire :)

and about that master thing..

i think it was show 1 or 2.. a cook had a FREAKING MONKEY on their shoulder... why the hell would you even taste his dish.. HES GOT A FREAKING MONKEY BY YOUR FOOD
 
I admit though, I still hear Ramsey's voice shouting "Donkey" in my head whenever someone around says or does something stupid.
 
The rough looking chick Robyn is from down here. Saw her and her food truck at my place of work last week. Would've brought cash if I knew she was going to be there.
 
It's a miracle that Kimmie and Clemenza didn't have a heart attack on set. Good lord those 2 are huge. They need to go on a diet ASAP.

Roshni reminded me of a mouse.

The girls are too angry, loud and confrontational all the time. I don't get it. They mostly win so they should be happy.

Agreed, ever since Masterchef came out I started to lose interest in HK.
 
Yeah, Master Chef is the better show. It's more about the food which I like. HK has that 15 minute segment in the middle were one team gets to play and the other gets punished. I care not for that part.
 
When the fuck are they going to start doing more Hell's Kitchen? Hulu hasn't updated the shit since like June. The newest episode is 7 chefs remain.

Last night. They didn't air new episodes during the Olympics.

Yes I'm watching Hotel Hell. Eh its okay.

I'm thinking on HK Justin will win. First runner up will be Christina.

I watched an episode. It's okay, but I'm not going out of my way to watch it. I was late to the party with Kitchen Nightmare so I recorded a bunch of episodes off BBC. I like it.

As for Hell's Kitchen I think Christina's got it with Justin as the runner up.
