I sold a PS2 game to a buyer at the Amazon.com market place. Now he is filing a complian that "There were two rap CDs in the box instead of the game." The game was factory sealed with the sticker on the top of the case.

Anyway I finally settle this. Since I claim that the prodcut is still sealed when I send it, amazon somehow don't think I am responsible. The buyer left negative feedback and I did the same. Of couse the biyer never did email me, so he isn't following the rule either.
 
Ugh! That is the one thing I hate about selling on Amazon. Unlike Ebay, there is no way you can check someone's feedback. I feel for you.
 
I would say that he is most likely trying to scam you, but we can't really be certain. There have been incidents of people swapping out CDRs for games without breaking the seal. It doesn't happen often, but it does happen. If there were something of value inside, it would be even more unlikely, but rap CDs allow room for at least a slim chance that this exchange happened at the store before you bought the game.
 
Yeah, you can't discount the possibility. Especially for PS2 games, because the sticker seal is on the top, you can open it from the bottom without disturbing the sticker, replace the game with weight, and shrinkwrap it back. This is one reason I check my factory seals carefully, to make sure it doesn't look like it's been glued back on, and if I see store shrinkwrap (the saran wrap look at the edges), I stay away. I've read this happens more for gamecube games, because they don't have any stickers at all on the case edges.
