Help figure out this arcade game?

I remember as a kid, now being 30, my dad taking me to a bar. They had this arcade game where you were a fire fighter and you had to climb up the side of some very tall building saving people or something. It was 2D. I cant remember the name of it and cant find anything like it online. Just looking for some pics or video of it maybe. Anyone know what im talking about?

Hmm that could have been it. But i remember the building facing the screen, as it was the only thing or 90% of the screen. I could be wrong though, it was soo long ago.

Not to highjack the thread but I was looking for the name of an arcade game to.

It had a wild west theme and you played in the forground, possibly on a cliff and you shot at enemies in the background. I remember the first boss was a train that went back and forth as it got closer to you. Also I remember the controls were weird because there was only one control stick and you had to hold down shoot or something when you wanted to move the cursor.

Don't mean to take over the thread but if anyone can help I would appreciate it, has been bugging me for years. The game has to be at least 15 years old, probably closer to 20 though.
