Help finding video card

I bought a Sapphire HD 4650 a few months ago, my brother wants one too now, but I can't find it in stock anymore. So I was wondering, does anyone know where I would be able to one? If not, can some one recommend one with same to better specs, has to be able to fit in a slimlime model PC with 250watt PSU

He has a 250W PSU, a 260 wouldnt run on that. Not much will for that matter.

He will need a new PSU, at least 450+
Once he upgrades you can install a GTX 460 or GTX 550

I was able to install a 650W Antec EarthWatts in my HP Elite and upgrade to the GTX 560 Ti, which is marvelous!

Use NVIDIA's tool to determine which card is right for you.
