Help. good international ship option for ebay seller?

What's the best international shipping option if you are selling on ebay in terms of cost and tracking/delivery confirmation to protect yourself from international buyers/scammers?

Or, is it best just to forget international shipping altogether?

My guess would be Priority Mail. But beware of international buyers. They expect to get their stuff in 3-4 days (as if you are in the same country), and if they don't, they will probably leave negative feedback.
