SE Japan won't ship overseas. You're going to need a re-shipper.

I can whole-heartedly recommend Celga as I've used them for auctions as well as a bunch of figurines from the SE toys site. Prepare to get raped in the face repeatedly for shipping.

I think dv8mad gets stuff for CAGs sometimes, though I don't know if he has any requirements (must be member for X long or have so many trades, etc, etc...) or what his surcharge/shipping rates are, regardless, you're not new so it's worth a try. And from the looks of it, he could use the extra money.
