I know I have a thread here already about Tigerdirect.

But I'm looking for either an LCD monitor with dvi preferably 19-20 inch for less then $200 shipped. The cheaper the better, also widescreen would be nice. Going to be used for pc use later on but as of right now it will be hooked to the ps3. (I know that I'll need to get hdmi to dvi cables)

But I also wouldn't mind getting an lcd hd flat tv for less then $200.

Deal? Suggestions? Comments?

Point me in the right direction.

so this tv can be used for gaming and as a pc monitor? im not too up on alot of what new style tvs can do but i also want to know if it does progressive scan? ive been wanting to upgrade to a better tv too for movies, gaming and pc use.

yes, it can

"Component/HDMI Video format compatibility 480i/480p/720p/1080i
VGA Input Display Mode 640x480/800x600/1024x768/1280x768/1360x768"

but realise your highest res is going to be 1360x768. I used my 32" Olevia as a monitor for World of warcraft, and It didnt bother me(looked awesome), but for some people its not good enough.
That's gotta be a shiitty tv. lol
Didn't wanna be a jerk and be the first to say this but if you would knock/save your budget to $400 you could get a pretty good LCD/HDTV

I'd try and find a Samsung SyncMaster LCD... they're easily the best overall monitors for computers.

Otherwise, I know a lot of people who use the Sceptre and haven't really heard anything bad about them other than their false advertisement.
