Help me find these titles for reasonable prices! May buy from y'all!

I'm trying to track down several different games, but these are either hard to find or are still really pricey. I don't really care if they're sealed or not, as long as they are complete and in good condition. If you have one/several of these games and want to make an offer, by all means put it forth; I can certainly offer paypal.

Call of Cthulhu was on sale @ Best Buy for $30 ($20 after coupon) for a while. That's when I picked it up. It's back up to $40 now, so you can get it for $30 if you want.

If you live near a Toys R Us going out of business they have their games 10% off right now. That would put Fatal Frame 3 and DDS2 at $45. Nothing special but better than nothing I guess. I would guess that 10% would go to a better percentage eventually.
