Help me name this movie

Cant remember the name of the movie, it was released in the last 5 years maybe a little longer. The whole cast has british accents and its a comedy.

One scene I remember in particular:
A guy wearing a orange constuction vest. I think he gets fired on the spot. He's using a jackhammer at the time as well and picking his nose.
Some moments later a car pulls up that looks similair to THIS blaring an extremely fast tempo techno music. A really skinny dorky guy gets out of the car.

Sorry for the crap description. Somebody please help me out.
