What are some good games I should get for my new pS3? Opinions accepted.

Don't forget PSN downloadable games like Super Stardust HD, Tekken 5, and Puzzle Fighter (if you don't have that on 360).

I'd rent Heavenly Sword. Yes it's fun, yes it looks great, but it's zilch in the replayability department. I beat it the first day I got it(day I got my PS3), started playing again a couple of days later, got bored and returned it.

If you've played NG or NGB already, skip Sigma.

Burnout Paradise just came out, but d/l the demo first to see if it's for you.
Warhawk is a great online-only game.

Motorstorm if you can get it cheap and then get the DLC. It's really quite good.

Get GT5 HD or Prologue if someone will hook you up. They are both ing incredible.

Everything mentioned is worth checking out. But do yourself a favor and get Uncharted first; it's INCREDIBLE. Also, if you're into RPGs, go and get Folklore. It's beautiful and intriguing, but a bit on the repetitive side.

and dont forget if u didnt own a PS2 there is a massive selection...

the games are uber cheap u can probably get 4 or 5 games for the price of 1 ps3 game
