Guitar Idol 2009 is undergoing its final heat before the live finals and I've decided to help a friend I went to highschool with, Maneli Jamal, get more votes. He's one of only 3 acoustic players in the final 120. Only 12 people make the finals, and all votes help.

Very good playing and nice song, but keeping his eyes closed the whole time was killing me. Felt as though he was porposely exagerrating.

I really liked the song your friend played, but I was most impressed with the 17 year old Hedras Ramos. There are several good metal guitarists on there, and they all seem to be from South America. Not that I'm complaining, as the power metal with latin influences is to my liking. Hope your friend does well.
