HELP Pricing Original Guncon Games

Hey all. I'm about to the following 3 guncon games on ebay but I'm have big time trouble with the pricing. The are as follows:

-PS2 Vampire Night + Guncon 2 in original box
-PS1 Time Crisis 1 + Guncon 1 in original box
-PS1 Point Blank 3 + Guncon 1 in original box

I usually just check the ebay completed listing and average off a buy it now price. The problem lies in that no one has sold a copy of these version in 90 days. These are the original 12 in long boxes that packed in the game and guncon, pics below. Also tried searching "videogame pricing guides" but it seems the only pricing guides available cost money or require a subscription. Any help or thoughts would be appreciated.

Yea I considered that. and it may come to that, however I really don't want to lose money on such rare games. If anyone could at least recommend a reserve price, that would also be helpful.

I hear you, and I do agree the titles themselves are not rare. If you check out the pics, these are the original bundle games that came in a 12 in long box. If you run a search on ebay you'll maybe 1 or 2 listed and non have sold which is my problem when it comes to pricing them.
