Help Remembering A (Possibly Cancelled) Square-Enix Game

I remember there being some trailers for a new franchise a few years ago. I thought it had the word "code" or "DNA" in the title as well. The best detail I can remember is that it was going to have an online title as well as one offline title.

No it was a more recent, experimental game. It wasn't released by a huge company.
