Ok, so, my PS2 recently died, so I'm in the process of buying a new one. And I've decided to make a few changes to my setup. First, I've always had 2 controllers and an old PS2. Now, since any new PS2 would come with another controller, so I'm thinking of upping it to 4 controllers. However, the problem is the tv stand in my dorm:

Basically, I feel like the PS2 would have to be vertical to the right of the tv, which was acceptable with 2 controllers, but I think 4 would really get in the way. So, could I get 4 wireless controllers? If so, how much do you think it would cost me if I sold the 3 regular controllers I would have? Or can you think of another solution? Thanks for your help.

You could get one of those controller extension cords for the multitap and just bust it out when you need it.

The scene in your signature is why the shield kicks major ass. pretty much capsules the tude of that show. As for your question do you need 4 controllers plugged in at all times? That many wireless controlers will get expensive

The logitech wireless are $40 bucks a pop. Unless you get the new one without vibration that are $30 a piece. I don't know how many could be hooked together. I say buy only what you need.

Yeah, single room. And yeah, the Shield is absurdly awesome. And that's a good point. I'd say I probably would use 1 controller 40% of the time, 2 probably 40%, and 4 maybe 20%. Because that's a good point, 4 wireless controllers would run about the same amount as the system itself. How long are these controller extensions?
