Help: Video Card less that $100 that can play BFME II

The topic says it all. Can any CAGers suggest a video card that can play Battle for Middle Earth 2 and costs less than $100. I have a Pentium 4 2.44 GHZ with 860 MB of ram. I use it mostly for school work but am itchin' to play this game. I have a really old Invia card that has something like 32 or 64 MBs of video ram.
