Help with bluetooth transfer.

I just got at bluetooth adapter for my comp and I was wanting to put my songs on my phone for ringtones. How would I go about doing this, I have verizion if that matters.

I only glanced through this Wired article but he seems to go into detail about putting songs onto your phone (for free).

Did you not get a software CD with the bluetoth ..should just be a matter of runing the cd ...install ..then run the pogram and hook up the phone via usb cable ..select the correct setting no the phone and voila
