Help with Paypal

I have a card attached to my Paypal that I no longer want. how do I attach another card to my paypal account? It is a debit card and the only way I can see is to add a bank account with a checking # of off a check, which I don't have. How do I just add my card to paypal?

Under "Profile" there should be an option "Add or Edit Credit Card"
