Help with shipping/trade

Does anyone know if the postal service can inspect the shipment of an item? Because me and someone wants to trade but the thing is that hes scared because he doesnt wanna get ripped. I told him to use TGNs "Safe Trade" method but he said that sounds unsafe. So we need to find a way to trade with each other that is safe.
He suggested to each send at same time with DC but thats the most unsafe thing ever. Since any one of us can send 1 game and then put a DC on it and then rip the other person off.

Both are packages worth money.

So if anyone can help please.

If you can't trust him, don't trade. Problem solved. He sounds like he is worried about doing something "safe" so he's prolly bullshit.

Completely agreed.

Seems kind of shady he wouldn't want to use a "safe trade" site, unless that one known for being bad or something.
