Help!

alright guys.
i recently got an hddvd add on for my 360 for christmas.

and after taking advantage of the b3g2 at best buy last night i was sitting down to watch the bourne ultimatum.
so i put the disc in.

"unplayable disc"
i open and close the drive.

it works.
until about two hours into the movie.
then it freezes.

so i restarted my xbox.
and now i constantly get
"unplayable disc"

does anyone know any solutions?
i know king kong works in the drive.

and ive tried every possible way with the cookies on the drive.
also.

i had the same problem with transformers until it worked on like the third try.
any help would be VERY much appreciated.

Take it back to the store the person you got it from. THey can swap it out as long as you get a gift receipt, or BB looks up transactions through reward zone.

Or call up 1800 4 my xbox or whatever the number is.. not sure if that number pertains to the 360 add on.

Hopefully they can help you out.. but since its just bourne it may be a bad disc.
 
did your Hd dvd player update when you started the movie if not then connect to xbox live and let it update it for you. If that doesnt work then you may have a defective player.

If it's a firmware update issue he may be having trouble getting the update because of Live being wonky right now.
