Here's a head scratcher

I'm going to take a shot in the dark and say since Buyers can't get negative feedback from Sellers a lot of garbage like that has been happening.

but sellers can still open unpaid buyer disputes....why would people bid on something when they could lose thier account?? That price is strange.....

That price is strange cause there had to have been a second bidder.... The max bidder only has one feedback, and registered two weeks ago. There's a second bidder, that only has 2 feedback.
 
I bet the A****N dude wanted to bid 25.00 max, just put the decimal wrong
and put in the auto bid wrong and it came out 250.00 , then winning bidder couldn't believe it, and wanted to see how high up the other actually went
