so I purchased a bunch of codes from some guy on ebay, thinking they were working US codes, I later find out they're canadian codes that he claims will only work on a canadian console. since he says he won't refund me... I figure my last chance to get any of my money back (spent over $50 on them) would be to sell them at a discount here. of course, if any of them don't work for you (maybe this guy just completely fucked me over here, which is likely) I'll just refund you on the spot.

the codes include:

Adam Fenix
Aaron Griffin
Mechanic Baird
Commando Dom
Weapon Skins (I believe these are Infected Omen)

I'm asking $30 ish paypal. PM me if interested.
or if you'd like to buy just one code or a couple, PM me a fair price.

preferably veteran CAGs with feedback (rather not get screwed anymore if possible lmao)

Hey, I think that guy that you bought the codes from is full of S***. I am from Canada, and I sold my Mechanic Baird Code to someone in the U.S. Worked totally fine. I always sell codes from Canada, and they work everywhere. The is the first time I heard of something like this, especially for a code that was given as a pre-order bonus. Hope you are able to solve your problem.

These codes are not like Microsoft Points, where are region specified.

Dude...Canada and the US are in the same region when it comes to Xbox Live DLC Codes. He lied to you.
hahaha, figured as much. would one of you try inputting one of the codes on your 360 for me and tell me if it works though?
I could.

If it's from ebay. just file a claim on paypal. Stating the reason, and how the codes should work either US or Canada etc. They should refund you

When you try to redeem the codes, what does the screen say?

Don't say that, say the codes should work in both US and Canada.

yea, i tried, and dont know what went wrong but they basically told me to ask him directly for a refund, he gave me the runaround for ever and acted all nice, and now i can't even contact him on ebay so im thinking he blocked me or something (idk if thats possible) i just feel he scammed me bad lol. and im trying to open a case with ebay and paypal now and cant for either site, cant change my feedback either.

I plan on calling both ebay and paypal tomorrow to see if there's any way to at least have my feedback changed to negative, as I paid $$$ and didn't receive what I paid for. it sucks 'cause i gave him the benefit of the doubt and so much time and really just screwed myself over hoping the situation would fix itself, i should've called right away and reported it probably. and believe me when i say, i absolutely would not have ever contacted this person had the codes worked when i went to use them (he had hinted in a few messages like i might be trying to pull something on HIM, when its the complete other way around i think). blahh. i'm just not gonna drop this, $50 is a lot of money for me and the fact i lost out on all of that is getting to me. so as much as i hate to, my last option is calling (i did just send a code to dotCody so if by some miracle that works then i'll just sell them for cheap on here and call it a day)
