But it costs 450 because of the destiny bundle. Do you reccommend holding off until black friday deals in the hopes that they lower the price? Im scared that they run out of that bundle than I cant get it anymore!

ebay was just selling the bundle for $409, no tax + free shipping. You could wait on another deal there, the Destiny PS4 bundle isn't really limited.
You could also use a movers coupon (10% off entire purchase) which would make the bundle $405 + tax. You can get these coupons at USPS. Though, these aren't allowed on Black Friday.

I recently found a company selling the white ps4 and it was like $247.95 NEW. Not sure how legit it is, looked like a Chinese website.
