Cheapest I seen this drive 9.5 mm height Fits in a Ps3 should work with PS4 also since it the standard laptop height and not 15mm like others

I would jump on this since I want to upgrade the PS4 as soon as I get it, but it hasn't been confirmed what type of drive they are using. The ps3 only used 3gbps. I'm thinking they might go with 6gbps this time. But I have to wait to make sure.
