Having a large pizza to myself is not a routine thing, but I have done it multiple times in the past...just never for lunch in the middle of the goddamn day.
I'm about a year late on actually getting into them, but The Dead Weather fucking rocks. Enjoy.

Awesome song title, too.
They have awesome shirts that go along with the theme of that song.

I can't find a picture of it, but at the show I went to they were selling another shirt with a burning baby carriage on it. I would have got it but they were out of my size.
Maklershed, did you check out that Flying Lotus album?
Yeah I did. I'm torn because some of it I really dig like MmmHmm, Astral Plane, and Recoil but a lot of it to me is a bit too .. technoish .. and "in your face". Definitely gets bonus points for Thom Yorke though. Thanks for the heads up though. I always enjoy checking out new music.
What did you do before games had autosave?
Like Resident Evil games with spaced out save points and ribbons.
Or all those older games with spaced out save rooms?

I bet you loved those password games like Metal Gear and Metroid.
(Those things fucking sucked, for the record... they never used a font that had easily differentiated characters, so you'd write it down and then the password wouldn't work...)
Other than Perfect Dark Zero and Goldeneye 007, I didn't play many games before the Xbox. And now that we're in a modern era I don't want to go back to the old way of doing things. It's like if instead of going to an internet porn site you manually loved yourself to the bra section of a Sears catalog. It doesn't make sense!
Panda you are going to be constipated!
The day you start playing things in an emulator and discover save states will be the day you start saying games with autosave are archaic.
Nope not yet. Rumors have it its pretty substantial .. something like 1.5 to 2 hours.
Did you buy the game new or used? If its new, the 1st DLC episode is free, there's a code included on a cardboard sheet that was included with the game.
I hear you guys have been having a coyote problem down there.
Hudson Valley in general?
Can't say I've heard/seen anything up here yet... maybe my area is too residential.
Is it possible to switch from TWC to FiOS and get slower speeds? Because uh...I think I am.
How's the TV and is the internet at least stable at that speed?

yep. opening night, then a friend was like "hey, I wanna see it!" and I was like cool, i'll go.. then someone else wanted to go and I tagged along there. That's #2 on the repeated theater viewings list.. #1 is Dark Knight at 5 times.

I'd say that's accurate. There are some collectibles and new cheesemints so it might warrant a second playthrough (plus a cheese for beating it without ever loading a checkpoint, which is tough with some battles). Not too bad of an episode, though I hope the next one has a better story.

Finally coming out of the closet.

You should read The World Made by Hand. It's a great post apocalypse story set in the Hudson Valley. You'll know how to prepare yourself when the end times come. (hint - stay away from dams and trailer parks)
