Hey, this site looks a little sketchy, but can't find anything on the site at all. All of the games have a very low price (too low?) because they are supposedly wholesale. Anyone heard of it before/have any experience with the site???

I just discovered this website today, and I was wondering the same thing as you. I'm a little apprehensive about buying anything from there until I get some feedback from people who have used it.
 
I love how all their "testimonials" look like they were written by the same person. ( http://www.hifivegame.com/index.php?main_page=reviews )

Additionally, how would a user even leave a "testimonial" or review on the site. There is no link to add your own one that I can find...

This site looks sketchy as hell. I would stay away... Look at the Contact Us page - it is just someone's generic google email account "[email protected]" You would think a real site would be a little more professional than that.

Apparently there are no refunds or exchanges either...or at least it seems like it would be a huge hassle to get one. Be warned, this site seems bogus.

3. How come I haven't received my refund yet?

Also, the site makes it seem like everything they sell you is wholesale price...but their FAQ says different... It says that you must purchase a minimum of 50 items to get the wholesale price. WTF? Also, they only take T/T (wire transfer) or money orders for orders totaling $500+ which is extremely shady. You are basically giving them $500 and not knowing if you will even get anything in return.

Why wouldnt they accept a credit card? So you cant contest the charge when they screw you over? Makes no sense...stuff just doesnt add up to me. Seems like a scam - they are trying very hard to get your money into China, and once that happens you are screwed because China does not have the same consumer protection laws we do. Not good.

They say in their "About Us" section that they are a drop shipper, whatever that is...but when you try to look at the "Drop Ship" section to get any sort of info about their "drop shipping", it is totally blank. WTF?

So, the moral is just like momma said: If it seems too good to be true, it probably is. I definitely would not give them any of my money...

You just gotta explore the site and read all the fine print. I have come across a few Chinese sites like this that seem just a little too good to be true. Usually you just have to do a little digging around to start noticing that things just dont add up correctly (sort of like the ending to ME3 - it just doesnt add up correctly, heh).

No 1 site you will find on the net will be cheaper than every other site out there for every product they offer (unless they only have a very small offering of products like the 1saleaday.com site, or unless they are only selling cheap Chinese knock-offs which are counterfeit). It is almost an impossibility and is usually a sign that something is not quite right. Thats when I look at the fine print, and that is usually where scam sites fall apart because they seem to do a lot of copy and pasting and some stuff will either be missing or just not make any sense at all...just like this site. :p I have been scammed before, so if I can prevent it from happening to myself or anyone else, that is just great. I enjoy seeing scammers fail.
