Hold out for official price drop on Xbox 360?

I'm needing to replace my non-slim 360 Elite & wonder if I should bite on the Target $180 + $30 GC deal or wait a little longer for Microsoft to announce an official price drop(hopefully at E3 in June)?

I think target is actually $179.99 + $30GC.

If there is a price drop I would expect the 4GB to go no less then $149.99 so you're really not getting any extra value by waiting.
