Several people who have ordered with items priced at $0.00 have been receiving emails saying there was an error, and they won't be receiving those BDs.

Also, ordered Training Day :D

Ok, well that would at least seem to indicate that people who got emails that didn't list items at $0.00 could possibly be in the clear. Or at least HV is aware of the orders. Both of mine are still processing, so I'm anxious to see SOMETHING move to "shipped".

You didnt miss it. The website is jacked up. Change your search results to "Price: Highest to Lowest" About 2 pages of Blus. A few good ones still in there.
 
Pretty much bare pickings now, but never used the site, and getting Ghost Town for 5.81 shipped. The girl loves it, so i figure to make it part of my collection...why not?

Just got my ship notices for both of my orders. Guess we will wait and see what the condition they arrive in. Fingers crossed for cover art.
 
Got my shipping notice as well. Oddly enough however on the HWV website it shows my order is still in processing. So god knows if this means our orders are shipped or if the website is simply lagged.
 
Also received 1 shipping notice. Strangely I got the notice for my 2nd order while the 1st apparently has not shipped. The shipping notice says I should be getting the movie they decided not to charge me for, so this should end up being an even better deal than I anticipated.
 
BTW for those wanting to track their package better than the USPS tracker try these two:

The iShip one is really designed for UPS/FedEx tracking however but its good for at least finding out a bit more information while said package is in the "electronically notified" stage such as where the package is coming from. The Stamps one is designed for USPS tracking but it tends to not pick up on the tracking info until the package is physically picked up/scanned by the postal service. Right now my package is still in the "electronically notified" stage which means Hollywood Video still has possession of it. Its coming out of La Vergne, Tennessee in case anyone asks.
 
Mine is still processing. I'm starting to get nervous. I sent them an email asking what the hold up is. Just curious, those who have had orders ship, how many blus were in your order? I think I've got 5 in one order and 8 in the other. Just wonder if they're having trouble piecing mine all together (especially since the $0.00 listing seems to mean nothing since people have had those items ship).
 
I had 3 orders... one created right after the sale started with 4 discs. Another created at noon on the 2nd day with 10 discs, and a third created that same evening with 6 discs. 20 discs total (3/20 are $0.00 discs). I have received no shipping notice and my orders all say they are processing.
 
One of my two orders came in today.

Both movies in the order came re-wrapped in original Blu-Ray cases with their original cover art and the discs were in excellent shape. I'm extremely pleased.

Hopefully all our ordered movies are in good of shape as these are.

Wow, that's amazing. Can't believe they even went so far to re-wrap them. And at such a great price WITH free shipping. Clearly, Hollywood Video is new at this, hahaha.

My card was finally charged for my two orders, but I haven't gotten a shipped email yet, and both of my orders still say "processing". Hopefully they ship soon.

My order still says "processing" too. I placed my order on February 16th, so I'm not feeling too good about my chances.
 
Just got my first order blu came in original case with original artwork. re-sealed with minty mint discs, no rental stickers to peel off either. I am very pleased.
 
Mine just arrived here. Both came used. Coraline is lacking the 3D glasses and came in a 3 disc case so for anyone who ordered it this is a good heads up on what you might get. Also my copy of License To Wed is anything but "minty mint" as its got a nice scratch on it.

Here's a quick picture I took of what the scratch looks like. I should be able to get it repaired at my local used CD shop but still.....

Well, they do, but you have to wonder what amount of effort went into creating that scratch. I really don't understand how people do it. Were they holding their keys and the disc in the same hand while trying to unlock their front door or something? Or did they drop the disc on a circular saw? It's definitely difficult to scratch a blu ray, and anybody who manages to do so either has the worst luck ever, or really has no regard for taking care of their property.

And for my own update, despite my card being charged on 2/18, both of my orders still say "processing". I figured I'd give them the weekend, but if they don't ship today, I'll be contacting customer service to figure out what the hell is going on. If it was just a pending charge, I'd be fine with it, but fully processing the charge on my bill days before the orders even ship is kinda shitty. GoHastings doesn't even charge your card until EVERY item in your order has shipped. With them, you could have some of your items for a week before they even charge you for them. Hollywood needs to take notice.
 
Got my order in today..All came in bluray case with artwork. I Love you Man was in excellent shape, Adventureland was in great shape too but no digital copy, and State of Play was in pretty good condition..the case is a little beat up.
 
Recieved both of my orders today. My girlfrinds movie, Ghost of Girlfriends Past, was brand new and still sealed. My order, I Love You Man, was in excellent shape with no scratches. I did have to replace the latter case because piece of plastic was broken (looked like someone snapped the case closed to hard). I have plently of extras so it was no big deal. Overall I am extremely happy.
 
My 2/17 order finally shipped last night. I had been getting a little nervous (I didn't sign up for an account, so I couldn't do tracking that way, and their no-account tracking service wasn't working), so for anyone in my boat: Hang in there.
 
Mine showed up last night as well. The Unborn was opened but complete & mint. I Love You, Man was still shrinkwrapped. I was shocked that this order even shipped, let alone that the movies were in pristine condition. Huge thanks for this awesome deal OP! :D
 
My order from 2/16 still hasn't shipped even though my card was charged on 2/18. I used Hollywood's "contact us" form and was told that they don't handle the online sales, and was given this email: [email protected]. I sent them an email yesterday at 3PM and have yet to hear back. This is starting to get pretty shitty. Why charge the fucking card if the order isn't ready? At this rate, they're working their way to a chargeback.
 
Just got an email today that my order from Friday 2/19 has shipped today. They sent a tracking number but usps has no info on it yet other than to say they were electronically notified to expect the package. Where do they ship from?
 
They ship from WA. I got all mine in mint, pristine condition yesterday. My other orders shipped today. Don't pay attention too much to the usps tracking info because they seem to be running slow on the updates.

Mine actually came from Indiana and, oddly, had an individual's name on the return address label so I had no idea what it was when I opened it.

Placed my order 2/17, shipped 2/18 and received 2/22.

Disc was I LOVE YOU, MAN Blu-Ray and, as others have reported, it appeared to be brand new.
 
I only bought a few because I didn't know if they would include cases or artwork...I wish I could go back in time and buy the other 10 movies I wanted....
 
Dammit, I got 1 of my 2 orders in yesterday (the 2nd shipped yesterday), everything is in great condition except for Curse of the Golden Flower which came in a beat up case and has a scratch on the disc. This is the first BD I have that is scratched, I hope it works.
 
It shows the coupon applied in my cart, but when I checkout to enter my information, it's not showing the coupon price. Is that normal?

Edit: My bad, you have to continue through the checkout and there's a chance to enter it again.

You can apply it again before you finalize your order, look out for it.
 
Place my order 2/16 and finally got my shipped email today 2/23. From what it sounds like most everyone is getting nice disc. Hopefully mine will be in good condition when I get them also. Thanks again OP and for the code too.

You can say that again just went through and dropped another 100 bucks prices are too good to pass up on some of the new titles.
 
So many titles.

I have to limit myself, there's no way I can afford to drop this much.

Edit: Also, is anyone able to get to other pages when sorting? I have to go category by category just to see some of the titles that won't display on page 1.
